The 32nd Annual Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation Golf Classic presented by RE/MAX Ocean Pacific Realty will be held at Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community on Friday, June 21st. This event proudly supports local healthcare and has raised close to $850,000 since the first event in the early nineties.

Your registration includes 18 holes of golf with a power cart, lunch, special contests, entertainment and a delicious buffet dinner with prize presentations and a live auction.

Our tournament has a proud history of fun activities throughout the day and this year is no exception! Three hole-in-one contests, a prize wheel, a 50/50 raffle, mini massages, treats at various holes, and more. It is going to be a great day!

11:30am – Sign-in begins; driving range and putting green open for practice and special activities

Cost

$250 per golfer for the all inclusive registration package

*In accordance with Canada Revenue Agency regulations, after the event we are able to issue a charitable tax receipt for the eligible portion of your golf registration fee. Please email info@cvhealthcarefoundation.com or call us at 250-331-5957 to request a tax receipt indicating whether you are an active member with Crown Isle Golf Resort as this information will affect the tax receipt amount. Registration

You can sign up as an individual or register up to 4 players at a time. Eventually, we would like the names of everyone on your team. If you are waiting for confirmation on your group, you can enter your name for all registrants and follow up with their actual names by emailing us at info@cvhealthcarefoundation.com prior to the tournament.

Rules of Play

18 Hole Texas Scramble

1. Everyone hits off the tee, your team picks the best shot, everyone advances and plays from there; this approach continues until the green.
2. There is no requirement to use a drive from each player. 
3. Men play from the green tee boxes, women play from the red tee boxes.
4. Maximum score on any hole is 7, please pick up and move to next hole upon reaching this score.
5. There will be some special activities to participate in if you wish: women’s long drive on Hole 1; men’s long drive on Hole 8; longest putt on Hole 6; KP for all players on Hole 16; plus hole-in-one contests (more details closer to the event).
6. Maintaining pace of play is important so that everyone can enjoy dinner at 6:30pm.

Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation staff and volunteers will be taking photographs at the event. These photographs may be used for future promotion which could include but is not limited to the following purposes: website, social media, advertisements, newspapers, videos, newsletters, annual reports, fundraising materials, and donation platforms. By registering for the event, you agree to be included in these photographs and for the pictures to be used as indicated above.
