Our Foundation will consider providing a grant to local not for profit organizations who provide support to help sustain and enhance quality health care in the Comox Valley.
We accept applications from registered not-for-profit organizations that serve our community.
You may apply for a grant from CVHF on or before September 1st each calendar year.
Must be a project or initiative that helps sustain or enhance quality healthcare in our community. If you have any questions about your project or organization’s eligibility, please contact us at email@example.com.

- After clicking the link to download the Grant Application Form PDF, when prompted select ‘Save as’ and save the PDF onto your computer with the name of your choice (ie. “CVHF Grant Application 2017″.
- Fill out the required fields on the form. When completed hit, ‘save.’
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and attach the PDF of your Grant Application Form, and any additional attachments required.
- Hit ‘send’ and we will let you know that your grant application was received or if there were any missing documents.

Our Board of Directors will meet in September to review grant applications. If your application is successful, you will be contacted directly.
