Sing Sankey
October 12, 2016

Fundraising event for Hospice at the Views: Sing Sankey! October 12 at 7pm at the Sid Williams Theatre. Sing Along to old favourite Hymns, immortalized by Ira D Sankey when he travelled the globe with Dwight L Moody.

Piano accompaniment by Elvira Penner and delightful musical interludes with local tenor Brian Lawrence.

Tickets are $12.50 and proceeds are going to St. Joseph’s Hospice at the Views. Jane Murphy, President & CEO of St Joseph’s Hospital, will be presenting a brief update on the vision of St. Joseph’s future role in seniors’ health. There will be an opportunity to view the display in the lobby at the interval.

Tell your friends, bring your voice, and let’s raise the roof of the Sid for our local Hospice!

Annual Christmas Campaign
November 2016

Each year the Foundation reaches out to 18,000 households in the Comox Valley for its Christmas campaign, its biggest fundraiser of the year. A heartwarming story highlighting a specific need is mailed out to inform the community of the Foundation’s fundraising initiative over Christmas. Donors can return their gift in a paid-postage envelope along with a customizable ornament to hang on our Christmas tree. This is a lovely way to remember a loved one or show your family’s support.
