Registration Information
Your $300 individual registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, power cart, lunch with live entertainment, snacks, special activities on the greens, and a buffet dinner and dessert. All levels of golf welcome, best ball format, no requirement to use a drive from each player.

You can register up to four golfers ($1,200). If you do not have the names for everyone in your foursome upon registering, please use your name temporarily for each registrant. Once you have the names, please email these details to info@cvhealthcarefoundation.com before June 3. If you are registering individually and have others you hope to golf with, just shoot us an email with your golf pals listed and we will aim to accommodate your wishes.

Event will proceed rain or shine. Registration fees are non-refundable. If you can no longer participate, please let us know and your registration fee can be switched to a donation with a charitable tax receipt issued.

Photography at Event
Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation staff and volunteers will be taking photographs at the event. These photographs may be used for future promotion which could include but is not limited to the following purposes: website, social media, advertisements, newspapers, videos, newsletters, annual reports, fundraising materials, and donation platforms. By registering for the event, you agree to be included in these photographs and for the pictures to be used as indicated above.
