The Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Director, Finance & Operations to join our dedicated team. Reporting directly to the Co-Executive Directors, the Director, Finance & Operations plays a key leadership role in ensuring the Foundation's financial integrity, operational effectiveness, governance support, and organizational sustainability. Working collaboratively with a small, high-performing team, this position ensures donor gifts are stewarded responsibly while supporting the Foundation's mandate to enhance healthcare for people of all ages throughout our region. As a member of the leadership team, you will help guide the Foundation's financial stewardship and operational excellence during an exciting period of continued community investment in healthcare.
