We are very excited to announce that Church St. Taphouse is offering their locally made house beer, Home Buoy Honey Ale, as the charity tap benefitting the Healthcare Foundation for the full month of June!

We are also thrilled to share that Brian McLean Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. pledged to match their donation to further the impact on healthcare here at home in the Comox Valley!

How does the charity tap work? For every pint of Home Buoy purchased this month, $2 will be donated. With the beautiful weather continuing, a beverage on their patio sounds amazing. Knowing that each house beer purchased raises money for local healthcare makes it even better!

The Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation raises funds for the hospital, non-profit long-term care homes and for Island Health delivered community healthcare in our region. Through the Foundation, we can look after one another and come together in support of exceptional healthcare for our loved ones.

“At the Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation, we are so deeply appreciative of how members of our community and businesses support the best possible care, close to home,” said CVHF Executive Director, Jessica Aldred. We are excited to be working with the Church St. Taphouse and Brian McLean and want to provide our gratitude to them and to everyone who seizes this fun opportunity to support healthcare.”

In addition to the charity tap happening this month, our Work Hard Play Hard 50/50 is raising funds for equipment at the hospital with sales underway until June 26 and there are still spots available for the Golf Classic on June 23rd… so many ways to play in support of great care, close to home!

See you at the Taphouse!
